Carriage of Breakdown Transformer of 215 tn
SWTrans has participated in breakdown-reconstructive works of switching stations in Moscow and outer-Moscow area. Below is description of the works carried out with rigging method of transformers’ transportation.
1. Roll-out of breakdown transformer ( weight 215,6 tn) with rigging method on special vehicle along rail sleeper grid. The distance of roll out between basement and vehicle was 18,1 m.
2. The moving to the temporary storage site on the territory of switching station.
3. Loading of same type of transformer on special trailer with its delivery to nearest rw station for further transportation along Moscow on rw transporter.
4. Transformer’s reloading with rigging method from transporter to special trailer.
5. Delivery to place od offloading and installation on the basement instead of breakdown one.
