TodaytheCompanyoperatesmorethan 50 ofowntrailersforovergaugeandheavycargoes. Our technical abilities provide practically any transportation of any scale without geographical limits.
Quality of service from SWTrans satisfies the needs of Oil & Gas, Heavy machinery, Defense, Building and Agricultural industries. Mainly we transport the following:
- construction technique like bulldozers, asphalt layers, excavators, cranes, beams;
- agricultural technique like tractors, combine machines;
- industrial equipment like boilers, coils, turbine, transformers, reactors, metal cutting scissors;
- mobile plants etc.
Over gauge cargoes are transported by other modes as well. Use of inland waterways are at certain times more economically sound. Those enable transportation to a closest near-by point to the place of destination. Specialized equipment is being used to unload the cargo; as well as Ro/Ro technology and rigging. Then cargo is transported to destination place. Company’s fleet has specialized modular trailers for heavy lifts and an appropriate rigging. Additional modules could be connected and lifting capacity could be increased endlessly.
The Company is proud of its specialized garage and workshop, where any nonstandard construction could be produced for needs of rigging. One of the latest Projects was supplied by SWTrans’ made ramp, own weight/length of which is 56 tons/24 m – for rolling off a 240 tons train from the barge.
